The Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Sciences and Humanities in Howtat Sedeir celebrated the new students who reached approximately 40 students registered to study in the first semester of the academic year 1434-1435. The celebration was sponsored by the Dean of the Faulty Dr. Tariq Al-Bahlal and supervised by the Vice-dean for Student Affairs. Introductions of various committees and their services i.e. the Committee of Schedules and Classrooms, the Academic Advising Committee and the Student Activity Committee took place during the reception. These committees aim to integrate students into the University life and help them study effectively. Student bags were distributed to the freshmen. Each bag has a brochure about the vision, mission and objectives of the Department as well as its study plan; another leaflet concerning student activities, schedules, a reading list and a pen with the University logo and Faculty name on it. The registered students have actively participated in the reception of new students. Refreshments and gifts were also distributed among the new students.
