A Workshop on ‘Key Performance Indicators for Programs’

The Evaluation and Assessment Unit at the Vice-Dean’s Office for Quality and Development conducted a workshop entitled ‘Key Performance Indicators for Programs’ on Monday. The workshop was presented by Dr. Essam Abdelrahman and targeted quality coordinators of academic programs at the college. The key performance indicators and both their importance and usage were explained. The experience of business administration and mathematics departments were demonstrated in measuring key performance indicators for the year 1439-1440. The workshop was concluded by discussing the form of performance indicators for year 1440-1441 AH.
