The unit of training of the college’s Agency of Quality and Development organized a workshop for faculty members entitled “Exams Quality” at the Honoring Hall, directed by Dr. Yusuf Ahmad Balloula. The workshop witnessed a long scientific discussion about the importance of tests in the assessment and calibration, and that their quality might give subjective indexes about teaching processes. In addition, scientific bases for test designing were discussed. This workshop comes within a series of other events and programs that the college organizes for faculty members in order to promote the efficiency of the educational process. In the end, it was agreed that the faculty members should abide with scientific bases for test designing, for the importance of the issue for all participants in the educational process.
