As part of its activities, and in coordination with its representatives in the College’s departments, the Student Activities Unit held on Monday 18/2/1437 AH, a workshop titled "Leadership Skills" in the Houtat Sudair Municipality Building. Dr. Jamal Reda Halawa, a faculty member at the Business Administration Department and a member of the College’s Excellence Unit, conducted the workshop, in which he defined leadership, its sources and patterns. He also conducted some drills and exercises on leadership skills that encourage thinking and cooperative teamwork, then he presented some realistic examples about real world class leading figures. It’s worth mentioning that there was a remarkable interaction among the trainees, and at the end of the workshop Dr. Halawa answered all of their questions and inquiries.
