In collaboration with the Doctor of the Health Clinic Unit in Hawtet Sdair, the Student Unit at the College of Science and Humanities celebrated the World Hypertension Day on Wednesday 17/07/1436 H. the celebration was attended by the Assistant Director of the college, Ms. Hoda Al-Khediri. The celebration included a presentation defining the disease, its types, symptoms and causes. Explanations concerning the risks and treatment methods were also given. In addition, brochures and leaflets on the disease were then distributed to the audience. The program concluded with answers to the audience’s medical queries. Then, the Health Clinic Unit Doctor received an honorary shield out of appreciation for her efforts and active participation in the college programs.
