Under the patronage of Dr. Shadi Al-Shuwayer, CEO of the Applied College, and in the presence of Dr. Ibrahim Al-Areefi, Deputy CEO, Dr. Abdullah Al-Saadoun, Assistant CEO, and Dr. Abdullah Al-Saleh, Executive Director, the third phase of the Human Capability Development Program Initiative was launched. The initiative, organized by the Applied College in Majmaah, was attended by representatives from various government and private sectors.
This initiative aims to enhance the professional skills and job competencies for employees in both public and private sectors, aligning with labor market developments and the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. The program seeks to conduct specialized training courses that contribute to developing workforce capabilities and improving professional performance across different fields.
Dr. Al-Shuwayer emphasized the importance of the initiative in achieving sustainable development through investment in human capital. He highlighted the success of previous phases conducted in Remah and Zulfi, which effectively equipped participants with practical and applied skills that enhanced their job competencies.
