A workshop for faculty members on characteristics of good test

The Timetable and Test Unit at female campus conducted on Sunday a workshop for faculty members entitled “characteristics of good test”.

Dr. Arafa Jebreel presented the workshop which focused on the importance of test as a primary tool for assessment, characteristics of good test and the factors that may have impact on the credibility of a test. The workshop also addressed the following topics:

1. What is a good test
2. Purpose of good test
3. Steps of test and preparation
4. Writing a test
5. Statistic analysis of test
6. Test questions
7. Criteria of test paper
