A lecture entitled "Controls of dealing with social networking websites"

The Intellectual Awareness Unit held on Monday a lecture "Controls of dealing with social networking websites" on Monday. The lecture was presented by Dr. Khalid Al-Serheed, and addressed the digital revolution, types of social media, its controls and etiquette, and its positive impact on self-development and skills development. 

The lecture aimed to achieve the following:

1. Statement of Sharia in the use of social networks and its controls.

2. Describe the impact of social networks on individuals and societies.

3. Enhance ways of using social media networks in the areas of community awareness and education.
