An awareness program entitled "Family Leadership"

The Community Service and Continuing Education Unit at female campus held an awareness program entitled "Family Leadership", on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The program was presented by Dr. Noura Al-Shehri, and addressed different topics:

1. Introducing the importance of family projects.

2. Some successful experiences of family projects.

3. Sharing ideas by the audience for successful family projects (projects in which all family members participate).

4. Clarifying the stages of managing family projects by defining, preparing and planning the project, and then forming a work team and assigning tasks among them.

A questionnaire was also distributed to measure leadership skills and practices.
