The Business Administration Department, conducted in cooperation with the College's club at the female campus a course entitled “The Concept of Management Information Systems for Human Resources,” on Sunday.
The course was presented by Dr. Maryam Adam and addressed the concept and importance of human resources and management information systems for human resources and the diversity of their uses and trends towards automation. This will help in increasing the chance of making rational decisions with regard to wages and improving productivity and capabilities. Moreover, she talked about the importance of adopting strategic management concepts to transform the human resources function from mundane work to strategic issues that add value to the organization.
The course aimed to demonstrate the necessity of learning state-of-the-art in the field of business administration.
