In view of the university’s successive achievements in community initiatives and the unlimited support of the university leadership to serve the community members, the Deanship of Community Service and Continuous Education (DCSCE) signed a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) with Alinma Bank to make the payment of educational program fees easier for students. The Dean of DCSCE, Dr. Omar Al-Sharyofi pointed out that this agreement was signed at the request of MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren who is concern about the major role of the university in cooperating with local community institutions to serve the community. The continuous follow-up and guidance of the Vice-Rector, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari was also an integral part of the deanship’s success, added Dr. Al-Sharyofi. In a rhetorical ceremony held on this occasion, the vice-dean for educational affairs, Dr. Abdelkareem Al-Harbi said that the university is ready to support and back any community partnership of benefit to the local community. Mr. Ibrahim Al-Luhaydan, the regional manager of the bank in the middle region, talked about the role of the bank in serving the community by forming partnership with educational institutions, commending the efforts of MU in this regard. The Vice-Rector, Prof. Al-Dosair highlighted that signing this memorandum was at the request of MU Rector, praising the efforts of the Deanship of Community in serving the community. At the end of the ceremony, the agreement was signed by the Dean of DCSCE, Dr. Al-Sharyofi and the Regional Manager, Dr. Al-Luhaydan.
