Given the role played by the Deanship of Community Service and Continues Education (DCSCE) to improve the quality of education services offered to students who are registered in programs with fees, a meeting was held on Monday with the supervisors of diploma programs.
The meeting was chaired by the vice-dean for educational affairs, Dr. Abdelkareem Al-Harbi who welcomed the supervisors and passed to them the greetings of the dean, Dr. Omar Al-Sharyofi, who considered the colleges and other sectors involved in running these programs are real partners for the success of the deanship.
The supervisor of quality unit, Dr. Ayed Al-Anizi reviewed the agenda of the meeting which included the importance of activating the role of supervisors of these programs to overcome the potential challenges facing students.
Courses’ specification was also stressed in the meeting as well as the necessity of following-up regularly the attendance of students. Some academic cases for students were discussed along with other topics related to education educational and academic programs.
Some recommendations were made at the end of the meeting to fulfill the quality requirements of programs.
