At the request of the dean of the Community Service and Continuous Education (CSCE), Dr. Omar Al-Sharyofi, to follow-up the progress of distance education for paid programs, the 2nd meeting with supervisors and coordinators of diplomas was held by the Vice-Dean’s Office for Educational Affairs on Wednesday.
The meeting began by a speech for the vice-dean for educational affairs, Dr. Abdelkareem Al-Harbi, who extended his thanks to the supervisors of the diplomas and the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the measures implemented to fight the pandemic, calling both citizens and residents to cooperate with the government to overcome this crisis.
The supervisor of Quality Unit, Dr. Ayed Al-Anizi, reviewed the agenda of the meeting and highlighted the regulations of educational process based on the measures implemented by the university.
Assessment methods and the importance of being diverse were also addressed in the meeting along with the potential challenges encountering the educational process and how to overcome them.
A discussion took place at the end of the meeting with the supervisors which was informative.
Dr. Al-Harbi extended his thanks to MU Rector and the Vice-Rector for their support and follow-up of these programs.
