The Deanship of E-learning and Distance Learning at MU participated in holding (PMP) training courses and programs in e-learning and learning technologies, which are part of the training programs launched by the Ministry of Education, and which target southern border school teachers, so as to contribute to the solution of study crashes in the schools of that region, and to fulfill the national duty that arises in such conditions. The course will be held for 5 consecutive days on two periods; from 4:00 to 6:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00pm. This course, which was titled: "Creating and Utilizing Virtual Teaching Broadcasters", was presented by Mr. Faisal Bin Hakem Al-Shammari, a lecturer at Majmaah University who is currently on a scholarship to continue his doctoral studies, and organized by the National Center for E-Learning and Distance Learning at the Ministry of Education. Moreover, the University participated in this program in compliance with the directives of both; the Minister of Education, Dr. Azam Al-Dakhil, and the University Rector, Dr. Khaled Al-Muqrin, in order to contribute to the solution of the study crashes in southern border schools, and to fulfill their national duty.
