A Team of Library Affairs Dean’s Office visits Zulfi College Complex Library

A Team of Library Affairs Dean’s Office, headed by the Dean Dr. Shadi A. Al-Shuwair along with Mr. Yassir Al-Dahsh, Head of Group Development Department and Mr. Faisal Al-Shaya’a, Supervisor of branch libraries, paid a visit to the College of Education in Zulfi.
Welcomed by the Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Rashid Al-Thunayan and a number of staff, a meeting was held to discuss means of cooperation to develop the branch libraries at female campus.
The team visited a number of the College’s facilities including the Lab of Hadit which was originally set up with the help of Library Affairs Dean’s.
In attempt to discuss the possible means of cooperation to serve students, faculty and researchers, the team was invited for a meeting at the library of the College of Science where they were welcomed by the Dean of the College of Science, Dr. Hani Al-Guhaiz.
This was followed by another visit to the library at Zulfi College Complex in the presence of deans. An inspection was made by the team to the racks of the library and the other facilities of the library to suggest needed developmental works.
At the end of the visit, the Dean of Library Affairs Dean’s Office extended his thanks to both deans for their cooperation in determining the needs of the libraries which would pay dividends for library visitors.
