The Deanship of Preparatory Year concluded the activities of its academic orientation week, in its both campuses for male and female, with guidance of his excellency Dr. Waleed Al Bishir these activities include: receiving students in the Deanship lobby by the Academic Orientation Committee. The lobby was equipped with special desk for each specialization to give students all information regarding their schedule and guide them to their lecture halls. Also an orientation handbook, in both Arabic and English, was given to students to provide them with all necessary information about the first semester start and regulations. |

Moreover workshops for academic counselors were held in both Arabic and English to clarify and discuss all related to academic counseling principles in the university in general and in the deanship in particular. |

On Tuesday 3rd of Dulhijja teaching was suspended for an hour to enable all academic counselors to visit their designated students in their lecture halls to introduce themselves and give them an idea about their duties and responsibilities regarding students. Also counselors stressed their valuable role in students’ university life |
