Under the patronage of MU rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mizil, a project for training and developing the leadership skills of the university staff was inaugurated. The project was a collaboration between the Deanship of Human Resources and the Institute of Studies and Consultancy Services. The inauguration ceremony was attended by the vice-rector, the dean of Human Resources, the dean of the Institute of Studies and Consultancy Services, the General Manager of Human Resources, and the director of Training and Development Department.
The project aims to conduct a series of training courses targeting university leaders, new faculty members, and staff. Its objectives include capacity and skill development, promoting the importance of integrity culture, achieving expenditure efficiency, introducing quality management systems, leadership skills, influence, and the concept of strategic thinking.
