The Deanship of Human Resources, in cooperation with the Institute of Consulting Studies and Services, has set up a training program entitled "Leadership Skills".
The program aims to help trainees make appropriate decisions. Effective leaders are essential elements for every organization that seeks success. Their primary role is to ensure that projects, initiatives, and other works are well completed. Leaders who possess leadership skills contribute to raising employee productivity and loyalty to the organization. They also contribute to creating a positive work environment, overcoming obstacles in cooperation with the work team, and motivating and inspiring employees to possess leadership skills and apply them in their work.
