The Deanship of Human Resources held a workshop entitled (Negotiation and Influence Skills). The workshop workshop, which was held in the Arab Republic of Egypt, “Cairo” on 9/18/2023, aims to educate the participants on the effective methods and scientific concepts of negotiation and influence. State-of-the-art practices in communication were also highlighted using emotional intelligence, communication dynamics, and the efficiency of dealing with the behavior of others.
