Post the approval and encouragement of the University Rector Dr. Khalid Saad al-Meghren to visit prestigious and emerging colleges and universities, in order to benefit from their experiences, build bridges of communication,share scientific knowledge among colleges, and find out the latest medical technologies that are being applied in dentistry.
College Dean, Dr. Abdulrahman Abdullah al-Atram, has visitedthe College of Dentistry in King Saud University, and was received by his counterpart, the Dean of Faculty of Dentistry, Prof. Khalid Ali al-Wazzaan, who welcomed our dean and the accompanied delegation, and thanked them for their visit. A tour round college amenities, labs and clinics was conducted, during which everyone viewed and briefed about the latest developments and techniques used.
Then the dean, (Dr al-Wazzaan), held a meeting in his office during which they have discussed theways of cooperation between the two colleges in academic areas, and the exchange of scientific expertise of faculty members. Further, Prof. Khalid Ali al-Wazzaanshowed his eagerness to provide all forms of academic and technical support for the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Majmaah.
The meeting was also attended by both Dr. Adel Mohammed al-Hadlaq,the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry for Academic Affairs at King Saud University, and Dr. HassaanQasim al-Mash’aly.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Abdulrahmanal-Atram thanked Prof. al-Wazzaan for his welcome and hospitality which establishes a framework for cooperation between the colleges.
