Within the framework of improving performance and procedures, Majmaah University (MU) launched a program that measures electronically its performance indicators. By the end of the university council’s third session for the academic year 1441-1442 AH, MU rector, Dr. Khalid al-Muqren released the first indicator to start the process of measurement.
Introducing the new platform, Prof. Musallam al-Dosari, vice-rector and supervisor of this program, pointed out that the university is launching its 2020’s performance indicators via a new e-performance management system. The project, added Prof. al-Dosari, was developed to meet the requirements of sectors affiliated with indicators at the university such as Deanship of Quality and Skills Development, General Administration of Strategic Planning and Vision Realization Office.
The vice-rector explained further that this program has multiple of goals, namely, to facilitate the process of measurement, that is, the index data is requested and measured at the same time. The program also aims to contribute in the university’s plan of automating procedures and to integrate with concerned sectors such as Evaluation Authority, Vision Realization Office and The National Center for Performance Measurement.
The vice-rector extended his thanks to MU rector and the sectors that contributed substantially to this program, particularly, the General Administration of Administrative and Financial Affairs, Deanship of Quality and Skills Development and the General Administration of Strategic Planning.
