A letter was sent by the minister of education and chairman of university affairs which includes the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques of MU’s annual report for the academic year 1438-1439 AH.
The vice-rector and head of annual report team, Prof. Musallam al-Dosari pointed out that the approval given by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Prime Minister of the university annual report reflects the efforts expanded in preparing the report since the establishment of the university.
The report is invariably reviewed by the university council and considered to be a result of a concerted effort made by the university units, colleges, deanships and administrations, whose regular submission of their annual reports was behind this success, added Prof. al-Dosari.
Since the university establishment, a special committee was formed and assigned to prepare the annual report. As an act of professionalism, the committee endorsed a unified form for the annual report, workshops were conducted for representative of units and the business intelligence model was embraced for further statistics and data. On top of that, an annual competition was sponsored by MU rector for the outstanding annual report.
MU rector, Dr. Khalid al-Muqren extended his appreciations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz for supporting the education sector, considering the approval of the university annual report an important step in the university future progress.
Dr. al-Muqren stated that the university responded to the directive of the Ministry of Education and has already approved the process of preparing the report of the year 1441.
