MU RECTOR’S ANNUAL AWARD CEREMONY FOR QUALITY, ANNUAL REPORTS AND CUSTOMER CARE HELD AT MU

Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren, MU rector, patronized the annual award ceremony which was held at the main administration building. The award, sponsored by MU rector, features the categories of quality and excellence, annual reports and customer care ‘Tawasul’.

Dr. Fereih Al-Anazi began the ceremony by a presentation about the category of quality and excellence, overriding achievements of the Deanship of Quality and Skills Development and future plans.

He also highlighted some of the award’s goals such as making quality practiced daily, enhance the integration among the university units and improve quality at the university’s departments on regular basis.

Dr. Al-Anizi’s presentation also focused on highlighting the award’s categories and evaluation criteria.

Introducing the category of annual reports, Dr. Faisal Al-Mutairi said that the award was introduced back in 1438-1439 AH with the aim of motivating the university sectors to prepare their annual reports based a set of criteria determined by the university. According to Dr. Al-Mutairi, the university sectors were divided into three categories: colleges, deanships and administrations.

The final presentation was for Dr. Abdel Aziz Al-Rushud who explained the category of customer care ‘Tawasul’.

The ceremony was wrapped up by awarding winners and a memorial photos were taken with the university rector.
