At the request of MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren, to serve the community and to provide self-development programs to students, the Deanship of Student Affairs launched an enrichment program “Ithra’a” for the academic year 2021.
The program, supervised by the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Al-Obudi, comprises a wide-range of courses, cultural lectures, and contests.
The program features three main programs:
Personal development training programs: These programs focused on honing students’ skills and include many sub-courses such as crisis management, essential leadership skills, self-learning.
Evening sessions: They aim to raise students’ awareness in many walks of life such as finance and business, education affairs, towards a technological society.
Contests: The purpose of these contests is to create a sense of competition and innovation among students.
The second edition of the program, supervised and followed-up by the dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Khalid Al-Ofaisan and his working team, will commence virtually via Blackboard on Monday 26/10/1442 AH, and in cooperation with both deanships, E-Learning and IT.
The dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Khalid Al-Ofaisan, extended his thanks to MU Rector and the Vice-Rector for their guidance, hoping that the program would meet the expected goals.
