Prof. Musallam Al-Dosary, acting rector, held a meeting with the vice-rector for educational affairs, Dr. Mohammed Al-Obudi and the college deans to address multiple of issues related to the university preparation for the beginning of the first semester of academic year 1443.
Prof. Al-Dosari commended the efforts expanded by everyone during the last period, highlighting that the primary purpose of this meeting is to follow-up colleges’ preparation for the new semester and whether safety measures are in place to ensure the safety of students.
He said that deans should put in place all necessary measures in collaboration with vice-deans and heads of department and to remind faculty members and students to be fully vaccinated.
The acting rector also acknowledged the role of Vice-Rector’s Office for Educational Affairs in providing different ways of learning amid the current situation of the pandemic.
