The Guidance and Student Advising Center at the Deanship of Student Affairs celebrated the world mental health day on October 10th. A seminar was held on this day to discuss multiple topics about mental health in the presence of vice-deans, faculty members and students.
The program featured an exhibition with multiple sections highlighting the different moods and psychological states that human being experience and how to overcome them. Several corners were set up such as the impact of colors on Psychological health, Psychosomatic Disorders, Characters who lived up with mental illness, Food that reduce stress and depression levels, writing as a way of remedy.
