A group of students from the College of Applied Medical Sciences at MU qualified to finals in the First Nursing Hackathon which was held at the Nursing Forum organized by King Saud University.
The students participated with a 3-minte video about the role of nursing in dealing with asthmatic patient who was given medication and then his health condition deteriorated.
Dr. Musaad Al-Zaharani, the dean of College of Applied Medical Sciences, congratulated students, pointing out that taking part in such contests improve their clinical skills.
The dean extended his thanks to MU rector, Prof. Al-Mizil, and all vice-rectors for supporting students.
Five students, under the supervision of Dr. Shareefa Asiri and Dr. Wedad Al-Anizi, participated in the contest and they are: Amwaj Al-Kaabi, Salma Al-Shemmari, Wujud Al-Sulaiman, Nora Hadaiban, Shorooq Al-Suqiani.
