The Traffic Safety Center "Salik" at the General Administration of Services ended its awareness plan to promote the culture of traffic safety during the first and second semesters. Over the past few weeks, several initiatives were conducted, flyers were distributed and lectures were delivered to highlight the importance of traffic safety inside and outside the university. The campaigns targeted the university staff and students as well as the community members, reminding them of seat belt, risks of using mobile while driving and and the danger of cross valleys.
Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, the vice-rector extended his thanks to the dean of College of Computer Science, Dr. Al-Shehri, for its active role in promoting the culture of traffic safety, and to all traffic departments in the governorates located with the university's geographical areas for their cooperation to make these campaigns successful.
