At the request of MU rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mizil, and the follow-up of the vice-rector for graduate studies and scientific research, Prof. Ahmed Al-Rumaih, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Majmaah University (MU) and the Saudi Council of Engineers. The MoU was signed by Dr. Abdullah Al-Tamimi, the supervisor of Administration of International Cooperation and Knowledge Exchange, and Eng. Abdelnasser Al-Abdelateef, General Secretary of SCE, during the 3rd International Engineering Conference and Exhibition held in Riyadh.
This MoU aims to foster joint cooperation between the two sides, serving the Kingdom's goals in the engineering fields and achieving Vision 2030.
Dr. Al-Tamimi pointed out that this cooperation allows for experiences and technical information exchange between the in man areas such as : creating opportunities for joint cooperation in training, academia, services, engineering consultancy, qualitative studies and research to study the challenges facing by the engineering sectors. This cooperation also includes establishing qualitative academic programs to qualify engineers and technicians to meet the market demand with national cadres.
