MU's rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, launched the 2023 project for employee engagement measurement for civil service employees. The recto listened to a detailed explanation of the project, which is linked to the third level of the Kingdom vision’s goals, namely “improving the productivity of government sector employees.” In recent years, the university has won the Excellence and Leadership Award in the category of educational institutions.
It's worth noting that MU has won the Excellence and Leadership Award (educational institutions category) and was honored by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
The university rector commended the efforts exerted by the working team, encouraging them work harder to make progress in the project of periodic measurement of employee engagement.
