Under the patronage of MU's rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, the programs presented by CIFAL Center to the leaders of the Ministry of Interior were wrapped up by the vice-rector for development and investment, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, in the presence of the director general of the Training Department at the Ministry of Interior, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Zahrani.
Prof. Al-Dosari pointed out that these programs are part of the university's plan to empower leaders of development work in government sectors through specific programs approved by the Saudi CIFAL Center.
The Saudi CIFAL Center has conducted a number of programs for the Ministry of Interior's employees under the Professional Development Project Management Program (pmd). This program aims to improve the quality of development projects and manage them with high efficiency and effectiveness, which are the third element of sustainable economic and social development. The role of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning will be activated to enhance the national product.
The Center also conducted a program entitled "Certified Trainer in Sustainability Applications", which help trainees to acquire the necessary skills of sharing the applications of the SDGs 2030 and aligning them with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 via inculcating the concept of responsible training and its theories.
