MU RECTOR WELCOMES THE TEAM OF THE UNIVERSITY GREEN INITIATIVE

Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, MU rector, welcomed in his office the team of the initiative 'Green University' led by the supervisor of the initiative, Eng. Abdelaziz Al-Shunaify. 

The rector watched a presentation about the initiative and what has been achieved in the first phase. The rector also reviewed a report highlighting the planted trees and their types which will help in reducing the visualization pollution and decorating the campus. The report also mentioned that approximately 15,000 trees are expected to be planted in the future.  

The rector appreciated the efforts that align with the Kingdom's vision 2030 and the sustainable development goals.
