MU PARTNERS WITH ALJAZIRA BANK TO LAUNCH AN INITIATIVE QUALIFYING STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES FOR LABOR MARKET

Under the patronage of MU rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, and in the presence of the vice-rector for Educational Affairs, Prof. Mohammed Al-Aboudi, the CEO of the Applied College, Dr. Shadi Al-Shuwayer, and a representative of Aljazira Bank, Dr. Fahad Al-Olayan, the Applied College, in partnership with the Social Responsibility Department Aljazira Bank, launched an initiative to qualify and empower students with disabilities for the labor market.

The students are offered a scholarship - Management Diploma program - by the Applied College. This program is the first of its kind to serve students with disabilities and is derived from the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and its goals.

This initiative aims to keep pace with the development requirements by supplying the labor market with qualified graduates who are highly skilled in the field of management and educating them about the foundations of teamwork.
