The Vice-Rector's Office for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research at MU obtained the international certificate ISO 2015:9001 from TUV Austria, accredited by the Saudi Accreditation Center.
To celebrate this achievement, Dr. Saleh Al-Mezal, MU rector, welcomed in his office the vice-rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Mohammed Al-Shehri, and his work team to congratulate the rector this remarkable success.
Dr. Abdullah Al-Tamimi, the supervisor of the vice-rector's Office, said that this achievement was the result of meeting the requirements of the standard specifications of the ISO 2015:9001 system through several stages: the evaluation stage (gap analysis), the training and awareness stage of the system, the documentation and design stage of the quality system, the application stage and building evidence, policies and procedures, the review and audit stage, and the final evaluation and review to grant the certificate.
Dr. Al-Tamimi pointed out that the goal of obtaining this certificate is to reach the highest levels of administrative organization to keep pace with the university's achievements and successes in all fields.
At the end of the meeting, a certificate of thanks and appreciation was handed to to everyone in recognition of their efforts.
