MU Rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal welcomed a delegation of rectors of Polish universities in the presence of the university leaders. Prof. Al-Mezal highlighted the importance of such international cooperation to improve the quality of education, develop scientific research, and open new horizons for joint and innovative programs and initiatives that contribute to meet the demands of labor market.
The delegation had a meeting with the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs, Prof. Mohammad Al-Aboudi, to strengthen academic partnerships between both sides. The meeting also addressed ways of joint cooperation in several fields including how to deepen academic relations to achieve excellence in higher education and scientific research. The delegation was then briefed on the Center for Engineering Research and Applied Sciences, the Center for Health and Basic Sciences Research, and the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Prof. Al-Aboudi, MU Vice-Rector, pointed out the vital role of these partnerships in improving the quality of education and developing scientific research at the university.
The supervisor of the Knowledge Exchange and Scientific Associations Department, Dr. Bader Al-Harbi, emphasized the importance of enhancing international cooperation and building strategic partnerships with international universities in a way that achieves the goals of the Ministry of Education and the aspirations of the nation.
