MU RECEIVES A LETTER OF THANKS FROM THE MINISTER OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

MU Rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, received a letter of thanks and appreciation from the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector, Eng. Ahmed Al-Rajhi, in recognition of the university's effective contribution to volunteering in the Kingdom. The Minister admired the university's participation in the activities of the International and Saudi Volunteer Day which celebrates reaching one million volunteers in 2024.

The letter stated that this remarkable achievement six years prior 2030 manifests the integration and interconnectedness among public, private and non-profit entities backed by empowerment of the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and His Crown Prince, Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

It is worth noting that MU won the National Award for Voluntary Work, 2024, in the ceremony held by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development on the Saudi and International Volunteer Day.
