Within the framework of the developmental efforts exerted by the Project Management Office (PMO) to achieve the strategic goals of MU and the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, Dr. Ayman Al-Barakati, supervisor of the PMO welcomed a team of the national program for managing projects, operation and maintenance of public sectors.
The aim of the program is to enhance the efficiency and quality of projects and to apply the best international practices.
The team highlighted to PMO’s staff the support that public sectors receive including projects’ forms and consultation services and training.
The PMO demonstrated the mechanism of managing projects at the university and the tools for that purpose. The team was also briefed about the features of the PMO System 2 such as applying for project, how to apply for soil test, the timetable of the project.
Mutual cooperation and exchanging experience between the two sides were also discussed in the meeting in a way that serves the university’s strategic plans.
PMO’s team extended special thanks to the delegation of the national program for their cooperation.
