With the attendance of His Highness the Rector, Dr. Khalid Bin Sa'ad Al-Mogren, His Excellency the University Vice-Rector, the Rector's Advisers, Deans of Colleges and Supported Deanships and University Staff including faculty member and administrators, the Public Relations and University Media Department organized the Annual Eid Celebration for the University staff in conjunction with Eid Alfitr in the main lobby of the university campus. Congratulations were given to His Highness the Rector on this occasion in a friendly atmosphere where everyone expressed his joys on this happy occasion. His Highness the Rector delivered a speech initiated by thanking the Almighty God for blessing everyone to complete fasting the month of Ramadan wishing that Allah may accept all our righteous acts.
He also congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz and Crown Prince Secretary of His Royal Highness Prince Salman Bin Abdul Aziz, the royal family and all university staff on the occasion of Eid Alfitr reminding that this is the third Eid that passes on the university with a number of accomplishments and successes that worth celebrating and encourage everyone to make more effort. His Highness also provided a number of guidance and important messages on the occasion of the beginning of the new academic year, stressing the necessity of commitment to the values and principles of the university with sincerity and dedication, solidarity and cooperation among all university staff to proceed with the achievements particularly with the considerable support that the University receives by the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, may God protect him, and the follow-up of His Highness the Minister of Higher Education and His Deputy.
