Housing Department: The role of this department is to implement the policy of the University with regard to staff members's housing and alike based on the rules and regulations and the recommendations of the Standing Committee for Housing.
Recording Unit: The role of this unit is to to ensure that applicants' details are matched and all required documents are submitted.
Follow-up Unit: This unit aims to following up the facilities at the dorms and submitting observations to the competent authorities.
Reception and Emergency Unit: This unit receive calls and complaints of beneficiaries around the clock to handle emergency cases in coordination with the operators at the dorms. Reports of tasks carried out after the official working hours are submitted.
Services Unit: The Services Unit is responsible for following up on developments at the dorms and submitting administrative requirements, housing facilities and developing electronic systems.
Housing Coordinators Unit: It is the link between the housing department and the female members, which facilitates mutual communications and reporting their requirements to the competent departments and following up their housing procedures.
