Under the patronage of MU vice-rector, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, the Traffic Safety Department ‘Salik’ held a virtual workshop, in cooperation with the Saudi Society for Fine Arts (SSFA), entitled “The role of fine arts in boosting traffic safety”.

A meeting was held by the director of the General Administration of Services, Mr. Moteb Al-Maymoni, with the director of the General Administration of Security, Mr. Abdelrahman Al-Abdeljabbar, to coordinate in implementing the protocols of emergency plans and severe weather at the main campus.

The director of General Administration of Services, Mr. Moteb Al-Maymoni held a meeting with heads of branches and departments to overview the preparations and workflow of transportation services as well as the precautionary measures taken to protect students.

Under the patronage of MU rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren, the forum held by MU under the theme “The best practices of service work at Saudi universities during Corona pandemic” came to an end.

The General Administration for Services announced that registration for transportation services is open starting from Thursday 26/12/1442 to 4/1/1443 AH.

As part of the university pursue to meet the requirements of the Kingdom’s vision 2030 and based on the approval of the minister of Education, Dr. Hamad Al-Shaikh, a forum will be held entitled “The best practices of service work at Saudi universities during Corona pandemic”.

After transporting students successfully during coronavirus pandemic, MU rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren, welcomed a number of the General Administration of Services staff led by the director general Mr. Moteb Al-Maymoni.

The assistant of the director of the General Administration for Services, Mr. Abdelmohsen Al-Manaa, held a meeting for concerned departments to oversee the procedures of regular vehicle maintenance service. This move was taken to ensure the readiness of vehicles for the new academic year.

As part of the university pursue to meet the requirements of the Kingdom’s vision 2030 and based on the approval of the minister of Education, Dr. Hamad Al-Shaikh, a forum will be held entitled “The best practices of service work at Saudi universities during Corona pandemic”.

In recognition of his contributions to increase the level or precaution and protection to the university staff, the employees of the General Administration of Services expressed their gratitude in words to MU rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren, for his pivotal role during the coronavirus pandemic.

In recognition of the Administration’s efforts in serving students at lady campus, the director general of the General Administration of Services, Mr. Moteb Al-Maymoni, received a letter of appreciation from the vice-rector, Dr. Jawaher Al-Omar.

The assistant director general of General Administration of Services, Mr. Abdelmohsen Al-Mana’a honored the executive field inspector of transportation protocols, Mr. Fahad Al-Mutairi.

After one year of successfully serving beneficiaries, the General Administration of Services concludes its initiative ‘Ready to serve you’.

An administrative decision was issued by the vice-rector, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, to assign Mr. Abdelmohsen Al-Mana’a as an assistant director general of the General Administration of Services.

The Vehicle Technical Affairs at the General Administration of Services has successfully completed the regular maintenance of university vehicles at six different times during the current academic year. Vehicles were also sanitized on regular basis.

The General Administration of Services has ended providing transportation services to students during the coronavirus pandemic. Intern students were transported on daily basis to their colleges amid precautionary measures to ensure the safety of students.

The general director assistant of General Administration of Services, Mr. Abdelmohsen Al-Mana’a, held a meeting with heads of departments and branches to oversee the progress of services based on the requirements of final report for the current academic year.

As part of its tours to the medical clinics in Jaljel, Hawtat Sudair and Tumair, the Mobile Medical Services is still providing technical services to these centers around the clock by a group of specialized team.  

In line with the highest standards of quality set by the General Administration of Services, the Transportation Department is commuting intern students of College of Medicine to King Salman Hospital in Riyadh.

The exhibition for traffic safety entitled ‘Creative Fingers’ held by the university witnessed a large number of visitors from different segments of the community. Precautionary protocols were in place for visitors to implement the safety measures.
