9. Study students’ grievances and problems, and propose appropriate solutions in coordination with the relevant authorities in the college and university.

7. Coordinate with the college deans and heads of academic departments to achieve the college’s goals.
8. Communicate with the corresponding academic and administrative units to perform its duties and achieve Vice-Dean's Office goals in coordination with the Dean of the College.
9. Prepare a comprehensive report on student affairs in the college and submit it to the dean of the college.
10. Undertake any task delegated by the college council or the dean.
