In the context of pursuit of the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, in the College of Education in Majmaah, to shift to the electronic procedures for all acts and activities of the Deanship and its subordinate units, the move has been directed to the inventory procedures in all the systems in preparation for the application of the necessary electronic solutions for the conduct of all these works automatically, rather than the traditional manual system, where the system will turn to be an e-portal that all staff of the College of Faculty Members and students can take benefits from it, as well as the staff of the Deanship .
This e-portal will support the process of scientific research in the College through automated systems, which start with presentation and end in arbitration and support through electronic channels and system for all the actions such as auditing, reviewing, approval, and support by specialists in the Deanship . The e-portal also facilitates the works of the Deanship , so that one can refer to all documents, procedures, and work of archiving easily and conveniently through a unified database of the Deanship , in addition to develop the content of the Deanship website and constantly update it, as well as the use of social media means and the news portal of the University regarding the advertisements of the Deanship .
