Planning & Development Unit
This unit is concerned with works of planning and development and following-up executive plans in the College as well as reviewing the regulations. It also prepares report based on performance indicators.
Jurisdictions of the unit:
1- The unit formulates strategic plan of the college in accordance with the University's strategic plan and oversees the phases of its progress.
2- Follows-up annual executive plans for the College and units linked with it.
3- Determines the rules governing the relationship between the students, the faculty members and the college.
4- Measures the educational performance of the college through clear and effective performance indicators.
5- Regularly assesses college's programs through clear criteria.
