About the Unit:

This unit is responsible for designing study plans to improve educational outcomes and achieve their compatibility with academic accreditation standards.

Responsibilities:

1 - Conducting, publishing and developing scientific research in the field of measurement and evaluation.

2 - Implementing the regulations and organizational rules of the examination regulations.

3 - Forming final examination committees in coordination with academic departments.

4 - Improving the quality of evaluation of the educational process by validating the quality of examinations.

5 - Following up regularly the progress of final examinations during the examination period and writing a daily report.

6 - Preparing a report on the results of the final examinations and submitting it to the college's Vice-Dean for educational affairs and development.

7 - Setting the necessary specifications and standards for study plans and programs in accordance with the standards of the National Authority for Evaluation and Academic Accreditation.

8 - Reviewing the study plans and evaluating them according to standards, controls and mechanisms before being recommended for approval.

9 - Developing study plans and programs and supporting academic departments to reach high-quality study plans.

10 - Leveling up the efficiency of those who work in the field of study plans and programs.

11- Following up the activities of the study plan committees in the departments and colleges for evaluation purposes.
