About the Department:
This department supervises the administrative and financial affairs of the college in accordance with the rules and regulations.
Duties:
1- Preparing a plan that is consistent with the college's support services plan.
2- Supervising the financial affairs, trusts and documents allocated to the department in accordance with the rules and regulations.
3- Reporting the attendance and leave of college employees.
4- Following up on the implementation of administrative work for the units affiliated with the department.
5- Supervising the work of contractors regarding passports (recruitment - residence, visas and travel tickets).
