1. Measuring the performance indicators of Common First Year Deanship’s Strategic plan.
2. Conducting statistical analysis and submitting reports of these analysis to make an evaluation report that includes interpretation of the statistics as well as highlighting the points of strength and weakness and making the recommendations
3. Submitting the evaluation reports (which include points of strength and weakness and recommendations) to the vice-dean for development and quality.
4. Coordinating between the Assessment Unit and the committees of assessment at other colleges to facilitate mutual works
5. Coordinating with academic and administrative departments at the university with the aim of improving the performance level
6. Developing and updating task-oriented methods of assessment
7. Providing technical support to faculty members and scientific departments to be able to evaluate their academic programs (curriculum, teaching performance, statistics analysis of performance indicators for the strategic plan, assessment of surveys, developing assessment tools …)
