• Majmaah University:

- Established, documented, and implemented a quality management system, which is constantly being improved in accordance with ISO requirements                                  

 

 

Determining the processes necessary for the quality management system and its implementation.

Determine the sequence and interaction of these processes.

Set the standards and methods necessary to ensure the effectiveness of both the operation and control of these operations.

Ensure the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and control of these operations.

Monitoring, measuring and analyzing these processes.

- These operations are managed by the higher management of the university in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. Implementing the necessary procedures to achieve the planned results and continuing to develop these processes.

 

 

 

 

 

The project to implement the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 system began at Majmaah University in 2014 and was carried out in several phases: the evaluation phase (gap analysis), the training and awareness phase of the system, the documentation and design phase of the quality system, the implementation phase, the review and audit phase, the final evaluation and review. Finally, the university obtained the ISO 9001:2008 certificate from the Standards Institute British BSI.

MU aims to be seen as one of the best providers of university educational services. With that in mind, all employees and faculty members are responsible for achieving the highest rates of beneficiaries’ satisfaction, by meeting or exceeding their requirements and expectations as well as providing the best educational service.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The university believes in the importance of contributing in qualifying graduates who are able to compete in the labor market and serve the country.

The implementation of this policy can be achieved through:

1 · Dissemination and application of quality concepts among all university employees

2 · Building strong relationships with all beneficiaries to ensure long-term success by understanding their needs and requirements.

3 · Commit to provide an educational service and an academic environment that conforms to the relevant standards .

4 · Promote teamwork and use a common language for quality concepts and the concept of operations to carry out business.

5 Consolidating and supporting the principles of continuous improvement of educational services

6 Develop employee skills through training programs.

7· Improve regularly the quality management system in compliance with the requirements of the international standard for quality management systems ISO 9001:2008.
