The Advisor and Supervisor of MU Rector’s Office and the Supervisor of Customer Care Center ‘Tawasul’, Dr. Abdelaziz Al-Rushud, pointed out that at the request of the Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren, MU ‘Tawasul’ Center is operating around the clock to provide services to beneficiaries inside and outside the university following a safe and secure remote working policy.
The vital role of the center has become more obvious these days since the late preventive measures placed by the university to prevent the spread of Corona Virus.
The establishment of the center was in line with the Ministry of Education’s pursuit to have a customer care center in all its affiliated sectors run by a group of excellent staff who are capable of making tangible progress in serving the community. The underlying purpose of the center is more far-reaching that it is not just to enhance the services provided to beneficiaries by making the process of communication easier but also to make sure that beneficiaries’ demands are met within very short time.
Dr. Al-Rushud extended his thanks to both coordinators at the center for their essential efforts and the university staff for their full cooperation with those coordinators to perform their tasks efficiently.
