MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren gave a speech on the occasion of the 86th anniversary of the national day for the Kingdom. The speech began by recalling the history of the founder of this country, King Abdulaziz who established this country 82 years ago and succeeded later by the current flourishing era of the Custodian of the Tow Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdulaziz. The commemoration of the national day comes after the announcement of the Kingdom’s vision 2030, which aims to boosting the economy of the country into a bright future, added Dr. Al-Mugren
On the remarkable achievement of the university, the Rector, Dr. Al-Mugren made a reference to the ISO Certificate from BSI and ABET accreditation for College of Applied Medical Sciences. The series of achievement for MU which ranges from infrastructure to academic programs are the source of pride for the university.
The Rector encouraged, in his speech, all the university employees to exert double efforts at work. The accomplishments of the university should not be exclusive to a particular field, but include all other majors, added Dr. Al-Mugren. The speech was concluded by expressing congratulation to the audience on this great occasion.
