The General Administration of Human Resources held a workshop entitled "Leading Organizational Change in Universities" in Istanbul. The 3-day workshop aimed to improve the employees' skills of and exchange experiences on how to lead change in educational institutions.
The workshop also featured a set of specialized lectures and interactive workshops presented by a group of local and international experts in the field of organizational change.
The sessions addressed various topics related to how to deal with organizational challenges and achieve sustainable improvements in academic environments. The workshop also provided opportunities for direct interaction and constructive discussions.
